Payment & Cancellation
1. You must pay a deposit about 30% of the total amount of your tour package price.
2. The remaining payment must be complete in cash when you arrive (must be in IDR Currency)
3. If you make a booking cancellation, the deposit that you have given us cannot be refunded
Reschedule
You can reschedule your trip (date, tour packages, and more) with a maximum of 30 days before arrival.
Opening Hours
Monday – Sunday: 24 hours (Western Indonesian Time)
Other Conditions
You must accept all terms and conditions as long as you do travel with us.
